Rental Terms

Get on the Website

$3/sqft
90% to renter/ 10% to store
$50 deposit to hold a booth
Can move in either 1st or 15th of the month
3 month contract to start. After that, it’s month to month.
Renters are responsible for the display, pricing, and tagging of their items to be sold.
Renters must provide their own display units
Renter responsible for ALL cleaning, stocking, reorganizing of their booth
30 days notice required if leaving

We don’t just sell to you. We can also sell for you. If you only have a few things to sell, instead of renting a space we’ll show it at the store and sell it for you.
